==Usage==
This template allows you enter the date of the first run after a character's Dracomorphosis and will calculate the number of drake optional powers that the character qualifies to buy. Entering the number of major or minor drake powers currently owned will adjust the amount you qualify for. A Major power is any optional power with a karma cost of 5 or more. A minor power is any with a cost less than 5.

* All entries including Month must be in numeric format.
* Year must be the full, 4 digit year.
