===Summary===
The Jackel is a Street Samurai augmented with wired cybernetic enhancements that allow him to move at Rapid speeds. The Jackel is proficient with blades and firearms, specializing in the Fiore Dei Librei fighting style.
===Goals===
The Jackel's primary goal is to bring down the corruption within Saeter Krupp.
==Background==
Thomas Kane was once a member of GSG9's Anti-Terrorist Unit. Along with several of his friends within the GSG9, Thomas was tasked with eliminating a small terrorist faction south of Munich. In fear of another Instance of the Munich Massacre, they were immediately deployed to the Bavarian Alps to handle this terrorist faction. The entire mission was supplied by Saeter-Krupp, and Thomas along with his five squad mates felt well prepared for this mission but were not going to take any risks. Thomas and his group spent an entire week within the Bavarian Alps searching for this Terrorist Group, and they were by this point exhausted and grouchy. That's when it happened... while stopping for their seventh night within the Alps for rest, everything seemed peaceful. Suddenly their group was ambushed from all sides, all happening so fast there was little time to react. Before they knew it the group was dropping like flies, three members remained out of the original six and they were retreating down the mountains. Directly in front of his eyes his last two teammates were gunned down, leaving Thomas alone within the alps. He went into hiding, waiting, planning. Once he had a plan he set into action. Through a game of patience and cunning, Thomas eliminated every last enemy unit within the Alps down to the last man, who revealed that they weren't a Terrorist Organization at all, they were hired by Saeter-Krupp in order to eliminate Thomas's squad for reasons unknown to both of them. Thomas put a bullet in his head and returned home with nothing but lost comrades and a scarred mind. Thomas after that was Medically discharged for the PTSD he developed from the incident, after that he went to his sister who suggested that he take up Shadowrunning as a profession, seeing not many other options with his current skillset and his PTSD, he agreed becoming The Jackel, thusly she became his Fixer. After about five years of being a Shadowrunner he got into a mission with another Shadowrunner named Tirinus, they were tasked with a mission to retrieve secret files within the depths of one of the big ten. When they arrived at the location they were sent to The Jackel found that they were at the one place he never wished to be, Saeter Krupp. In a blind fit of rage The Jackel rushed in to destroy as many Saeter Krupp resources as he could, and in the process was severely injured, losing an arm and a leg. When Tirinus finally caught up to him, he saw the damages, proceeded to take him to his home and hire at StreetDoc. When he came to, his arm and leg were not salvageable and thusly fully amputated. Seeing his career as the most important thing currently, he got his other limbs amputated and using the money he saved up from working with the GSG9 plus the medical benefits of being a veteran, he replaced his limbs with completely enhanced cybernetics. That was about seven months ago, Thomas has completely adjusted to his limbs and now lives with the man who saved his life and they have become good friends.
