After he chromed himself up, he found the chrome...lacking in power, so he done first sensible thing he tought and that is remove all limitations on them, that done the trick and since it done such amazing work on his arms he got new pair of legs as well, things got even better when he got weapons in them. Nowdays he earns his living as a runner, still being on friendly terms wtih his old gang.
