==Overview==
Whistleblower got her moniker in Seattle's shadow networks due to her ability to pre-emptively keep runners out of harm's way when it comes to more well armed opposition such as southern go-gangs, the National Guard or UCAS military elements. She prefers working with runners who keep a low profile and don't work jobs too gigantic. Whistleblower works with runners who stay closer to the streets instead of climbing the ladder to prime running territory -- she won't cut contact, but she won't arrange jobs like that either. Quiet, low profile and unnoticed runners are relatable and it keeps her from getting too much exposure as well, just the way she likes it. Why does she manage a number of runners? WB doesn't answer that question, reminding the runner to mind their own business. She works strictly on a professional business-only basis, maintaining politeness and understanding as the middle-woman between J and runner, but never gets personally involved unless given no other choice.
