	Witch doctor was born in small Bayou town down in southern Louisiana. His parents were both sinless, as well as the rest of the town. His father ran drugs back and forth across the border. His mom ran the local bar and hoodoo church. As soon as he was able to shoulder a rifle, his father would take him out on drug pickups. Witch doctor would keep watch for critters while his dad drove the air boat. His mom tutored him on basic skills, and their hoodoo beliefs. Witch doctor never really caught on with the religion, but his mother made sure he learned as much as he could about it. As time went on, Witch doctor developed a quick wit and a sharp tongue, as his father had a quick temper and often got them into trouble with the cartels. 			Around the time he was seventeen, a hostile cartel known as "el golfo de México" moved in and muscled out the cartel that Witch Doctor's family had an agreement with. Unfortunately, they had their own smugglers, and didn't want anyone who was loyal to the old cartel working in their territory. Upon arrival to pick up their latest shipment Witch Doctor and his father were fired upon. His father was hit twice in the chest and died. Witch Doctor Awakened at this time, and successfully cast an invisibility spell. In the confusion, he took the air boat and sped home. He found his mother just as the cartel hit the town. The two of them fled in their car, heading north to meet with a family friend. He was an ex shadowrunner named Fireball, a mage who lived up near Chicago. After Fireball heard what happened, he offered to put them up for a few nights. He even offered to mentor Witch Doctor "So the damn kid doesn't kill himself." For a few weeks they lived quietly until his mother was able to move the pair into an apartment complex. This is when Fireball began to teach Witch Doctor a little bit about shadowrunning, After his first few jobs, Witch Doctor felt he really had a grip on things, and wanted to movie on. Seeing the blossoming Shadow community in Seattle, Witch Doctor and his mother moved cross country. Now, Witch Doctor works as a shadowrunner, and his mother works to open a Hoodoo church in Seattle. After seeing the public's general fascination and fear of his mother's traditions, Witch Doctor decided to take on her traditions as somewhat of a character, really playing up his Bayou roots. Thus was born, Witch Doctor.
