	XVII : The Star, born Hoshi Healy, always had a knack for the electrical. No one can really know now how young Otaku could gain their gift, but The Star was in touch with machines from a very young age. Their parents never noticed, brushing it off his supernatural explorations as glitches or harmless accidents. When the Crash 2.0 occured, his parents had bigger issues to focus on than their child's distress, and his gift quickly faded. Their Mitsuhama jobs allowed Hoshi into fine educational programs, where he still excelled at everything electrical - both software and hardware.
