He's a kind hearted, friendly fellow that doesn't withhold charity from those that don't share his faith.

	Unfortunately, charity requires funding, so Silverscale has started getting himself tangled up in Seattle's criminal underbelly. It started with mediating a minor gang conflict, and has gradually escalated him acting as a street-tier fixer, passing along potential jobs in exchange for donations to his charitable works.
