Overview
Azra Kaplan is a Salish-Shidhe Council Border Patrol Agent whose first loyalties lie with herself, then the Grey Wolves. But not you. She doesn't want to be your friend. Doesn't need to be your friend. She needs your nuyen and for you to keep your mouth shut and to move along.
