Summary
Runners were hired by a third party to steal a prototype Festo pigeon with enhanced battery. They succeeded.
Background
Theracorp has been working on prototypes and recently rumors of a breakthrough happened. A competitor noticed this and hired a team.
The Meet
Runners met at 2am in Wafflehouse in Tacoma. They met Jerry and Tom, two workers there. Jerry was the johnson for this job and was high on novacoke as he worked with the runners on a deal.
The Plan
The runners broke into the personal office. Using said data they found the location of the prototype. Th
The Run
Run went relatively well. With Runners doing so basic legwork to find the manager's social media. They tracked down a rough schedule. They hired a decker contact and spent nuyen to get some basic services done. Infiltrating the office, they got the location and datafiles off a terminal that was offline. Then once they got that, they took a break. After the break of sleeping day our intrepid runners decided to hit the warehouse. Ducky provided excellent distraction to the guards while Frieren did astral overwatch. Cleaner decided to play her hand at breaking in. Cleaner could not scale the fence so had the drake carry her over. With some more help from the drake, cleaner was able to sneak inside and grab the box with the prototype, sneaking back out under concealment to leave the area.
Aftermath
The runners escaped without any trouble and then got paid, heading home. The elf drake kept asking for cake at a wafflehouse much to Jerry's chagrin.
