Overview
8ball is a shy guy, who prefers to keep his face covered at all times. He is jumpy, paranoid, and refuses to meet anywhere with anybody unless its in a public place. He lives out of a van he uses to move around the city, usually sticking to the more obscure areas. He smokes to keep his nerves in check, and everything else he does is related to computers. You'll often find him tinkering with some random bit of electronic junk, if you can get that close without making him jump clear out of his skin.
