BEWARE OF BEARS

Bear is a literal bear. This makes him both a wonderful and terrible PC to have on a run. There are some considerations to make before choosing bear:

1. He only speaks Russian; I will generally apply him when another circus member or Russian speaker has signed up. BUT, at your fiat, perhaps animal handling is an acceptable substitute for basic commands.
2. He is an idiot who will attack people. When scared or there is a problem, he will go offensive. his composure roll is not good (YET!), but at your fiat, perhaps animal handling is...wait yeah also here.
3. Bear does not understand money or work. He just chills. He generally shouldn't be getting a bunch of Nuyen because he's a bear. Extra Karma (yeet!), CDP (uh...learn more about plants,) or gear equivalents (instead of 2x) are probably better options for bear.

Character Information

Summary

Bear is a bear. He used to be in circus, but now he mostly hunts in the woods behind the circus's campers. Bear will ONLY take runs with another member of the Goldhammer Circus. He does not attempt to take money for any job, as he is a bear, and bears do not need currency.

Goals

To eat fish and maul things that annoy bear. Like people who shoot at him.

Background

Bear was a circus bear. When the circus shut down, several of the former circus acts started running in the Seattle shadows; Bear--being a trained bear--was an asset on many jobs, and now attends some jobs with the circus-based runners. In return, they feed him fish or sometimes honey.

• Neoteny. He is a gnome shifter who will never, EVER shift into a gnome. So instead he's a small, adorable, deadly bear.
