Overview
Black Cat showed up in the Barrens with an expansive list of contacts, a nest egg of nuyen, and a drive to build a business. Setting up shop in an old abandoned mechanic's shop, he's spent his time since resurfacing reestablishing his black market connections, and slowly building a crew of ex-gangers from a wide variety of minor and failed gangs. His willingness to shamelessly trade on his back alley connections has allowed him to out fit his small crew with a surprising amount of firepower and cyberware, quickly making them force to be reckoned with and allowing them to carve out a chunk of territory larger than would be expected for a gang of their size.
What his goals are is uncertain, but he's been moving with a purpose and is starting to extend further into the shadows as he gets more entrenched in the barrens, but he's recently started to turn his attention towards Puyallup.
