Summary:
Chinese punk woman from Kwai Fong, Kowloon, Hong Kong Free Enterprise Zone. After enduring an upbringing ruined by corporate affairs, she developed a hatred for the megacorporations and their affiliates. Learned to hack, made some money by competing in Ring Of Light, and joined Seed to punish the corporate overlords.

Further her anti-corporation goals with Seed. Become a crime-lord. Gain a permanent luxury lifestyle.
Background
Qi Lung was born and raised in Kwai Fong, Kowloon. She was given a SIN and set on a corp. approved life path, however after a series of mergers, and finance adjustments, and other corp-speak things, her home was taken by Wuxing for conversion and her school was levelled to make way for an Ares store. After her family was un-personed for their organs, she set up behind a Yanma Tech House, begged for food and scrip from anyone she could, and managed to avoid a life working on her back by scavenging a barely functional deck and joining the Ring of Light. She enjoyed decent income from fighting with her custom persona, and became a D-List celebrity in the RoL scene. As time passed, she found herself earning spare nuyen with simple decker work for her friends who joined the triads, and later developed Triad connections of her own. Later, she tried her hand at Matrix sabotage on Wuxing, to get payback for ruining her life. After breaking into and shutting off a sub-orbital mid-flight, the decker by the name 'Blue' drew the wrathful eye of GOD, but also the open hand of Seed. Knowing she was stuck between a rock and a hard place, she decided to work as a hacker and muscle for Seed while keeping her life as Qi Lung as normal as she could to avoid suspicion with help from the Golden Dragon Triad.
