Summary
Chatterbox is an old elf from Boston. He likes to give off the impression of a polite, inquisitive, clean-cut reporter, masking his controlling personality. He's signed on to work for the ShadowHaven network of runners in order to shake off the rust and find a close friend.
Goals
Short-term:
- First things first, if I'm staying in this city, maybe I ought to scrape together enough money for rent. I'm not sure how long I'll be here, so I might as well get comfy.

Background
"Where do I start? About fifty years ago, a particularly pale man smacked me over the head and before I knew it my skin got smoother and it was a little easier to catch the flies in my dorm room. Since then, I've been all over, traveling mostly. Ireland's quite nice in the early winter. Japan's cherry blossoms were breath-taking. Anyway, so I've been a few places, met a few people. I've seen my hometown of Boston change quite a bit over the years. My heart was set on acting when I was a kid, but now I'm more in the business of meeting people. Taking notes and all that. I've got a little notebook chock-full of interviews. I've met the future emperor of Japan and his lieutenants, I managed to get an interview with "The Big D", and there was this colorful little colony of gnawers just an hour outside Berlin some years back I might still have the... I'm sorry, I must have gotten distracted. I've come to this beautiful city on an errand and it's a pleasure to be here."
