Overview

Head of the Zombie Empire ghoul cartel. Born in New Orleans he built the cartel as a means to gain power and stop fighting within his community.

Play Guide

• He is cool, calm, and collected and always with a glass and rum and cigar not far away. He usually kicking back and eating chilis or gunpowder rum during any meet.

• He is the chosen follower of Baron Samedi, the Dark King mentor spirit, and his a powerful vodou mage. He refuses to deal with racists or anyone that binds or attempts to control things against their will.

• He always polite to runners and will serve them rum, food, and drugs whenever a meet occurs.

• He has a few gold teeth.

• Cornelius sees himself as a protector of communities that are disadvantaged and is sympathetic to many causes that help the disadvantaged.

No Chains, Only Contracts	Cornelius has many friends on the otherside and does not deal with those who would force anyone to do anything against their will. If Cornelius learns of any Bias against race or metatype or that a runner has negative astral rep then he will refuse to make deals with them until they lose their Bias or are able to heal their astral rep.
NoLa Life	Cornelius lives in New Orleans and his cartel is based with the Southern CAS and Northen Atzlan. Any services or gear aquistions out of these regions will take twice the time to complete outside of the CAS as Cornelius has to send the gear from New Orleans to Seattle.
Drug Cartel	Cornelius is the head of the Zombie Empire drug cartel and has access to a large variety of drugs. Knowledge and gear checks involving drugs get a +2.
I've Got Friends on the Otherside	Cornelius has a large number of spirit contacts from all over and has spent a long time travelling the astral. +2 to Knowledge or Networking checks involving spirits.
Big Family	Cornelius comes from a very large family, both by blood and his personal adoption, all throughout the CAS. +2 to Networking checks within the CAS..
Drugs aren't my only games	Guns go with drugs, like chilies and rum. The Zombie Empire has an extensive array of explosives and guns that they are willing to sell for the right price. +2 to gear aquistions for guns and explosives.
Hungry Ghouls	Cornelius runs a technical ghoul cartel and because of that has a number of ghouls under his command. For a small fee, you can provide some of friends a lunch and they'll get rid of a body for you.
Infected Community	Cornelius has met quite the number of infected due to helping out ghoul communities and has +2 to any check involving infected communities.
Undertaking as a Passion	Cornelius comes from a long line of undertakers and sees it as his responsibility to look over the dead. +2 to any check involving the undertaking, funeral business, and graveyard keeping.
Glancing into the otherside	Cornelius has the power of divination and is able to give out fortunes as a service.
