Overview
An incredibly stubborn insectoid SURGE, Elias has spent the last two decades refusing to leave his home in the Orcish Underground. Unable to go outside, he spent most of those years refining his magical talent to become a skilled talismonger. Through his friend Bianka Dreschler he built up a small and discrete base of clients, which allowed him to eke out a living while in hiding. Eventually, though, his home was discovered and reported to the Skraacha; they believed Wendell to be an insect host, and sent a strike team to eliminate him. His life was saved by a team of runners, who convinced him to escape rather than follow through with his plan of "firing a couple warning shots at the little snots". He reluctantly abandoned his home in the OU, and is now trying to rebuild his life from a safehouse in Sonomish.

He will not even consider leaving his Sonomish safehouse for anyone below loyalty 4, and even then only for a very good reason. In addition, the need to conceal himself gives him a -4 to checks made outside the safehouse, unless the runners can provide an adequate disguise. |
| Early Riser | Elias is, at his heart, a cranky old man. He sleeps from 7pm to 5am, during which time he shuts his commlink off completely. If the player has made previous arrangements to meet within that time, they will roll a number of dice equal to their loyalty. If there are no successes, Elias will forget and go to sleep anyway. |
| Talismonger | As a skilled enchanter with a ton of free time, Elias has access to many magical artifacts. His clients keep coming back for a reason, after all. |
