Body: So I heard a certain team did a good deed not long ago. A certain establishment in the barrens where sex workers meet their clients reached out to them for help finding an employee, and they were well-behaved as they went about doing it. I don't have all the details, but I just wanted to say thank you to that team. While respect is the bare minimum I expect of people in this context, sex workers often don't receive it. For example, I happen to know of one particular sex worker who, sometime in the past week, was very nearly kidnapped by three men with a hatred for Tir elves. There are a few outcomes that could have had, and none of them would have been good. Not many people know this, but I was a sex worker in Cara'sir before a friend helped me get my SIN burned and set me up in the runner community. So again: thank you. We need more people in this world who look out for the little people and don't degrade or harass them while doing it.
