When a character makes a perceived jab, especially at his strength or intelligence, the GM rolls 1d6. On a 1 or a 2 Bash will have a violent outburst and, if meeting in person, may attack the character in question. He won't use lethal force but he can come pretty damn close. If restrained and/or given some space, he will eventually cool down and apologize.
