===Summary===
They call me Mr. Hands because we I get my hands on my target I don't let go.  Being born into family with ties to the Vory syndicate meant I learned about being tough and want it takes to survive during runs. My first bounty jobs were for the family business but then I became entrepreneurial and taking on a variety of jobs hunting targets down. Now I look to bring my skills to making shadowruns.

Mr. Hands grew up in family that worked with and has times to the Vory syndicate.  He is naturally athletic and quickly took learning close combat skills of all sorts.  He doesn't like letting go of things and that is why he took well to his first assignments of tracking down individuals the bosses wanted to have a "talk" with.  He also has trouble sleeping so he winds up spending long hours following leads and tracking people down.  He knows how to patch people up a bit because often times the bosses want to see people while they are still warm as opposed to cold.
