=Character Information=

===Summary===
A Man proficient in the Art of freezing others. Does like awarm Tea or a hot chocolate and the presence of friends. Great interest in the Ancient Norse Runes, as well as a professional Stargazer. Besides that, a capable runner.

==Background==
Arne spend his early life in Norway as a regular child, going to school and eventually attending Magic education, strongly focussing on Ice-Magic. He graduated a Norwegian Thaumaturgical university with a degree in Elemental Magic with a special focus on Ice at 22. Soon after he got picked up by Proteus to assist in their Cryonics research. He spend about three years in their facilities aiding their scientists. Over the time he grew bored of Corporate Work, or rather of being commanded all the time by his SURGED Boss and not having much freedom. He found reater interest in the mythical than the scientific and as a result, he left and took with him only a slight prejudice aainst SURGED. Quickly he found a group of other Norse Traditioners with which he learned how to speak and read ancient Norse runes. Unbeknownst to him, some of the group had a secret life as Shadowrunners. He only beame aware of this as Mrs. Webster from the DF came around to ask if the others wanted to earn some good money with "special" jobs. Arne became her fous of interest after she learned that he went with Proteus for a few years and wored in their fringe sciences. The Mix of Scientific knowledge (even if somewhat limited) and the ancient arcane, again, just the knowledge of anciennt runes), was enough to appeal to her and she talked Arne into smaller jobs first. He became to like the freedom of the jobs and his group slowly worked their way up. Eventually the group got seperated due to buisness means, however Arne still holds contacts with some of them, as all of the group have become more or lss successful Shadowrunners by now.

* Shoot First, Dont ask: You learn to be fast or to be dead as a runner very early on.
===Negative===
* Astal Beacon: The cumulative power of the cold does show itself on the astral. Almost as blinding as Snowflare.
* Vindictive: Its either you or them. So be faster and retaliate.
* Prejudiced (common, Biased) Shifters: The Boss at Proteus was a Shifter. And sadly wasnt the type of boss you´d like working for.
