Mysterious drone operator with connections running all the way up the command chain of Knight Errant. No runner has ever met them in person, nor can they even confirm they are not an AI.
===Goals===
Amass an arsenal all their own of the finest drones and planes. Bring their own kind of street justice to the gangs of the city, as well as Lone Star.
==Background==
Wagner served in Knight Errant for many years in an attempt to bring about some kind of good in this world. After a couple decades of hard work they finally took the time to step back and see that the world continued to get worse despite their best efforts. They officially retired the moment they were eligible. Retirement was far too boring for someone with much more life ahead of them, so reaching out to a few of his less-than-squeaky-clean ex-coworkers, Wagner was introduced to the world of shadowrunning. They see it as a way to finally enact justice their way on the mean streets of Seattle.

Black Market Pipeline- Their old friend Jane Dior can get her hands on just about anything confiscated from other Runners and criminals, and will even sell to them at a discount.- +2 to dice pool on availability test, 10% discount, can sell to her.
Trust Fund III- Their time in the force has given them a very cushy retirement fund, giving them a fresh 1000 Nuyen a month and a free High Lifestyle.
===Negative===
Aged 2- Being retired means they've gone through a lot over the years, and arent as fit as they used to be. Not that it matters much as a drone operator.
Sinner (National)- If you're gonna be in the police force, you gotta have an I.D. They still have their squeaky clean SIN for squeaky clean civvy life.
No Man Left Behind- If theres one thing you learn on the force, its that you never leave a man down. They wont abandon a squadmate on a call, even if their squadmate is some drugged-out orc with an uzi.
