Overview
Even though his whole family originated from northern Amazonia, Mauricio was tragically orphaned during the Amazonian-Aztlani war and was therefore raised in Seattle by his grandfather, "El Lince" Quiroga, a retired mage who was most active in Bogotá around the 2030's up until years before the war, having been recognized at the time as one of the most gifted spellcasters of the city, and who after his recent passing left a life's worth trove of magical artifacts under Mauricio's care.
Not knowing what else to do with this treasure Mauricio began dabbling in arcane baubles and trinkets, and not so long after he had set up an unassuming corner shop that throughout the years became host of a loyal group of clients, who valued Mauricio's discretion and reliability.
