Summary
A simple, basic, distraction job at a Stuffer Shack that went well, with no twists for once.
Background
One random fixer, who was coordinating another run in Seattle, discovered some complications on his distraction of choice. Scrambling, he decided that paying for Haven runners to run a distraction would be the better choice in the long run than to delay.
The Meet
The meet was held in a virtual trideo conference call, where the team ultimately accepted the job.
The Plan
After some preliminary scouting, most of the team decides to do it loud from the get go, with 龍門 sneaking in through the back of the store.
The Run
The team intimidates the customers and cashier into submission, letting the cashier hit the panic button. The initial Knight Errant response was dealt with rather quickly, with one of the officers being given a severe dressing down by Lumina. 龍門 and Snowman quickly locate a safe filled with corpscrip to obfuscate the purpose of the attack and crack it. The team then scatter and successfully go to ground, avoiding the HTR response.
Aftermath
One other shadowrun in another part of Seattle has a part of its plan fulfilled, a Knight Errant officer is severely traumatized, and another is saddled with medical debt.
Rewards
- 10,000 nuyen in cash (5 RVP)
- 3 karma (3 RVP)
- 1 Karma, or 4k nuyen in non-Restricted or non-Forbidden gear under availability 12, with the remainder halved as cash (looted knick-knacks and traded corpscrip) (1 RVP)
- 2 CDP
Optional:
- Shoot First, Don't Ask Questions in exchange for 2 RVP of stuff

Snowman: Well apparently I'm better at cracking a safe than I thought I was, good skill to have. Anyway hope that cop is okay, might have to check in on him later. Not sure what the distraction was needed for but at least it paid well.
Lumina: Acting as the role of a Halloweener to keep suspicion of Shadowrunning off our backs was actually a little more nerve wracking than I thought. I hope that the cashier and cop that was.... 'interrogated' are doing alright.
