Usage This template helps you track your current essence level based on the number of runs you have been on, how much essence you have drained and how much you have activated your powers. EssenceLost represents any essence you have lost due to ware or lost due to critter essence drain. EssenceDrained represents any essence you have gained due to the Essence Drain power. ActivitePowersUsed gets incremented each time you use an active power. This will hasten essence lost due to time. EssenceExpansion set this value to your Initiation Grade if you have the essence expansion meta magic.
