Summary

McClane had been former Tir spec-ops - a no-drek Ghost. A mission to kill a Telestrian executive believed to be selling magical secrets to Saeder-Krupp, though, went bad - she pulled the trigger on him, and got the DNI that she'd been burned a second later. Saeder-Krupp fire support swept in, and her team abandoned her to die. She was disavowed, deniable, and completely and utterly alone.

Bleeding, broken, and left with nothing but her armor and the gear she carried, she dragged herself through the Barrens, looking for someone, anyone to help her. Heaven knows why Dr. Gotham stitched her up, and no one's really sure how one of Madame Butterfly's envoys got in touch with her, but now she works the shadows, always hungry and waiting. Waiting for one more lead, one more piece of intelligence on the bastards that sold her up the river, so she can put them all in the grave.

When she's not working the shadows, she does her work at a battered women's shelter, keeping up appearances. A tough elven woman's always good to have - kind enough to not scare the children, but hard enough to keep away the abusive ex-spouses and drug dealers. The fact that some of those same exes and dealers end up dead later, no one questions.

Her Tir loyalty lies strong, though, and she still turns up her nose at the other races from time to time...but some of the greatest help she's ever gotten has come from the goblinized and the other metas. She knows they're not so bad, but accepting it is a long road. Perhaps her social work helps her...perhaps it doesn't. She doesn't know, yet. But she will, she's sure.

Appearance

A lean, thin elf with short, silver hair and an impassive glare. Her left cybereye is huge and red, more of a lens than anything, and her custom partial cyberskull extends from her bottom jaw and the sides of her face to cover everything, forming a mask of its own against the world. Otherwise, she's fairly stern-looking, and pretty in a hard way, but cold and untouchable. Whether that's due to Essence loss or just her attitude is anyone's guess, though.
