Character Information
Summary
Ex-UCAS military assault specialist. Works security and wetwork jobs while he looks for the inside man who betrayed his team.
Goals
Make a name for himself in this world and earn enough money to start a Mercenary Group with International contracts.
Background
Joe was born to a lower middle-class family. His prospects seemed dim for make a name for himself in the commercial job market, so he enlisted into the UCAS Army. He quickly adapted to the life and did his best to move up. The brass took note of his go-getter attitude and sent him to several special schools, to include small unit tactics and unarmed combat. He excelled at both and was transferred to a special unit that ran reaction assault missions. After a few years, he was selected to be modified and received his cyberware. From here he was again transferred to a black book team. After a few more years of this, he was mustered out after a mission had gone bad. He was providing recon for his team when they were ambushed. They were all killed. He did his best to finish the mission but was injured rather badly in the process. The higher ups debriefed him and labelled him as compromised and was discharged. With nothing else to do, he moved to private security and later mercenary work. It was in one of these jobs that he heard some of the group talking about fraggin’ a special ops group. He quietly listened to conversation and found out they were hired by someone inside the military to remove the team. Since then, he has moved from place to place applying his skills where he could. All the time, making contacts to find out who betrayed the team. It quickly became an obsession. The last lead brought him to Seattle where the person he was hunting disappeared. Looking for work, he was introduced to a fixer named Argent who was hiring muscle for a few jobs she had recently acquired. Make a bit of cred, he finally afforded a cheap apartment in the Ork Underground. His last few jobs were for Faith, a local private security manager. He has proven himself to be exceptionally reliable and she is starting to ask for him when possible.

Joe is average height for an Ork. He is dark skinned and is physically opposing. He wears subdued colored clothing and a dark trench coat. He carries his pistol hidden in the side of his coat. When he is tactical, he wears coveralls with Securetech PPP kits. His rifle is hung on a combat sling and he wears a vest with pouches for grenade launcher ammo. He also has a utility belt with various pouches that hold his ammo and a few grenades.
