Character Information
Summary
A former performer for Cirque du Soleil who always had a streak as a grifter and thief. One day that life got the better of her and she paid dearly for it with her physical abilities. A little work she was rebuilt and now, much wiser does research prior to availing herself of her targets riches.
Goals
To join the Circus! Quite literally she wants to perform for Cirque du Soleil again, it was her dream and she still believes that they'll take a woman in her late 30's to perform in their show.
Background
Roxanne Delavaria (Razaria) is a thief and a former dancer/acrobat who studied dance and performed for Cirque du Soliel. She was merely one of the onstage performers but never one of the featured performers during their shows. However, she used the nomadic lifestyle and the eventual close proximity to those who would like to know a performer for one of the greatest shows on earth to practice and refine her craft. She ended up playing and grifting various targets, but eventually got on the wrong side of a mark. After she had lifted some vitals off of him to attempt a break in at his residence his body guards discovered the ruse and beat the ever loving drek out of her. Cirque dropped her contract, she didn't carry Doc Wagon coverage, because medical expenses were covered by Cirque, and she suffered great physical damage. A few months of self-imposed physical rehabilitation and she restored herself, but her physical reaction was just shot. Her motor cortex just wasn't registering stimulus right and it forced her to be slow.
Since that time, she's learend to be more deliberate and calculating in her actions. She's had a few good heists and even picked up a deck along the way and learned to use it with a bit of decking and knows how to research her targets and extract information to extort them a bit easier prior to just before where she relied on her instincts.
During her down time she works on her skills, still dreaming that one day she'll be able to get back into Cirqque. Of course she's too old now, perhaps if she was an adept, they might take her though.
Narrative Significant Qualities
Alibi -- She knows how to mis-direct someone and come up with a plausible scenario for the given situation.
Profiler -- She can't fight, she isn't really a smooth talker, but man does she know how to buckle down and research the hell out of her targets.
Code of Honor: White Hats, code of the Hacker -- She enjoys compromising security, but does believe in the notion of do no harm. A target is less likely to come after you hard if you break in take the thing and leave everything else in pristine condition. Razaria seeks to emulate this with every job.
Lightweight -- Drugs are not her thing
Family Curse -- One of the things that kept her out of drugs inspite of her upbringing was her dancing and tinkering with technology. But her inner demons do come out, and any kind of mind altering substance has a tendency to wrap it's ugly paws around her and never let go.

Appearance
Razaria is a very fit caucasian woman in her late 30's. Short as most gymnasts and acrobats tend to be. She's got a worldly feel about her having been to many different countries and several different continents during her time with Cirque. She typically wears comfortable clothing for the situation, not overly formal or stylized. If it can also function as actual workout gear, she's probably wearing it.
