They've kept their rank and file small, chosing instead to try to keep a low profile rather than splashing waves. Clocktower was at some point an organization that kept to themselves, hiring no new members in the past ten years. After trying to stop a larger cult in the form of The Family, many of their members were killed and turned into Corpse Cadavres by a wild spirit. Since then, Re:Gulus has been the leader, looking for people to pick up the work left behind by his master.
Mission and Values
Clocktower's primary mission is to safeguard the community from those who would misuse magic and spirits for nefarious purposes. Members share a fundamental belief that magic should never be a tool for harm, and spirits should not be exploited to the detriment of others. While individual members may not always exhibit a traditional 'righteous streak,' they are bound by a collective commitment to the grand idea that the mystical forces at play should be wielded responsibly.
Organization and Structure
Clocktower operates with a decentralized structure, avoiding a rigid hierarchy to minimize vulnerability to external threats. The organization relies on the expertise and diverse skills of its members, both magical and mundane, fostering a sense of equality among them. Leaders emerge based on merit and experience rather than formal titles, and decision-making is often collaborative, with input from various members.

Recruitment and Membership
Joining Clocktower is conducted on a case by case basis, with potential recruits carefully vetted to ensure their dedication to the cause and alignment with the faction's core values. The organization values diversity in skills and backgrounds, recognizing the importance of a well-rounded team. Once accepted, members undergo training to enhance their magical abilities and hone their non-magical skills, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.
Activities and Tactics
Clocktower employs a variety of tactics to achieve its goals. Surveillance, intelligence gathering, and strategic planning are key components of their approach. The faction is known for its subtle influence and information networks, allowing them to stay one step ahead of those who would misuse magic. When necessary, Clocktower members are not averse to taking direct action, utilizing a combination of magical prowess and mundane skills to neutralize threats.
Relations with the Larger Magical Community
Clocktower maintains a cautious and selective approach when interacting with other magical groups in Seattle. While they may form alliances with those who share similar goals, the faction is wary of attracting unwanted attention. As a result, Clocktower's reputation in the magical community is lackluster, at best.
