Summary
Kurosawa "Neko Ne" Habiki was never clever, smart, or anything like that but, they were a great courier who could speed around Seattle carrying and dropping-off anything you needed without asking questions. Her most recent package could have been anything, but it ended up being her - in order to satisfy a recluse HMHVV Strain I who had some pull. She somehow survived the ordeal, but he was changed. Now he looks to gain enough money and skill to get themself some revenge.
