I've seen Shadowrun described as Grim-goof. My runs tend to be lighthearted and silly at times, with a goof take on the dark setting. It's a dark world gone mad here. Expect some amount of goofy shenanigans going on at my table.  
I've played Shadowrun mostly as a mix of lighthearted and edgy. I do not to be brooding or too over the top violent. Nor do I want to make the run too light hearted and whimsical. I run the balance.
