I will do my best not to pick characters characters who might decline to meet with the Johnson due to personal reasons, conflict of interests or unsuitability for the work (Pacifists on Wetwork, Social Stress on Face-heavy jobs)
Setting
I like to run a Mirrorshades-style, meaning I enjoy both the serious and goofy aspects of the Sixth World but don't marry my style to either one. I prefer to gauge what the picks would fit best and play off of that. Aside from that, expect the games I run to have both elements of serious business and funny business..
Consequences
Actions have consequences. meaning nothing goes unpunished, but it also means nothing goes unrewarded in certain cases. I like to run my games in a way that makes the NPC's feel like people with their own agendas and personalities, as well as opinions on the runners they've hired and such. Expect betrayal to be met with equal force, but also don't be afraid to do something out of the ordinary; you never know what could happen.
