Overview
A longtime friend and co-worker of Peerless, Wu Wendell-Tsiang Old Wu, as he's often called is a small-time fixer and smuggling co-ordinator between the Ten Thousand Lions and the Yellow Lotus. Deeply entangled in the social network of Kwun Tong before his surprise relocation along with Peerless, he now uses those connections to ensure that Kong chips, opiates, and the occasional job find themselves with the right people in Seattle.
