Summary
The Draco Foundation is a private organisation created ostensibly to execute the last Will and Testament of the Great Dragon Dunkelzahn, who was assassinated on August 9th, 2057 shortly after being sworn into office as President of the UCAS. On August 15th of that year, his Will was read to the public. In it, the former President decreed that his hoard would be distributed to an extensive list of individuals and that his former voice, Nadja Daviar, would be responsible for running the Foundation that would carry out his wishes.
