Background

Graduating from the University of Washington, Jessica applied and was accepted into Saeder-Krupp as a magical researcher. During her tenure she became obsessed with the legend of Atlantis and followed closely the work of the Atlantean Research Foundation. While initially she spent her spare time delving into the subject, the appearance of bug spirits drove her to further her research. Eventually she stole from company funds to do so, even going so far as to conduct transhuman experiments on herself to enhance her mental capabilities and perceptive skills. However, one does not steal from a dragon's coffers and she was terminated and almost died after a company assassin was sent after her. She escaped and went into hiding for the better part of two decades. Recently resurfaced, she still is driven by the need to find Atlantis, believing it holds the key to the world's survival in the wake of the Insect Spirit intrusion. She will sacrifice her own well being and others to secure a safe future.
