Dev is an ex-talismonger and Magican that is trying to get himself in a better position, and the only options available to him are working in the shadows.
Goals
Dev just wants to restart his life in a new city, and get enough scratch together to live on when he is too old to work.

Dev is not as tall as some orks, and a fair bit skinnier as he has never done much exercise. He has black hair with streaks of gray and a scraggly beard.
