Summary
Midget street doc turned Street Sam, with a passion for tinkering with tech.
Goals
- Get Adapsin treatment - Retrofit legs - Set up a proper medical workshop - Retire into a nice middle lifestyle with a restaurant out front - Bomb a major government building in Neo-Tokyo for forcing them into the runner life
Background
A former medical student from Neo-Tokyo, they wanted to intern with a practice in Seattle, however the Neo-Tokyo government "lost" the SIN info, or maybe just refused to hand it over or recognize Mitsu's exisence, leaving them stranded and effectively non-existent in the middle of Seattle. Thankfully she had enough nuyen saved up that she was able to get herself the basics to perform work as a street doc for a time, steadily getting her equipment together and making connections before turning to the life of a runner.

Clothing
