A Technomnacer-Rigger, unable to use his legs has made a "mech suit" to get around in the form of a motorcycle with arms and legs.

Background

When Alex Grey was still a child his parents discovered his Technomancy. His parents tried to do everything by the books and get him registered and licensed, but after submitting the proper paperwork a few suits from MCT caught wind about a young technomancer, and wanting to do some research decided to give his parents a very generous offer. The exact amount Alex never learned, but it must have been enough to set a family up for life... and with a few pretty words about offering their child the best education and opportunities... how could they refuse?

Alex was effectively sold to MCT where he would then undergo numerous trials and tribulations, involving invasive procedures of bioware, psycological, physiological, and matrix-related testing. These tests left him disabled from the waist down due to their invasive nature and with an intollerence to sunlight after being locked away indoors for so long.

He would undergo these experiments for around 10 years before he got a chance to escape, a group of shadowrunners on an unrelated mission came across him and gave him a chance to go free... so Alex, now going by Hypnos was free. The runners gave him a tiny amount of money to buy a wheelchair, and were even nice enough to provide him with transportation to Seattle.

Now a free man in Seattle, going by the name of Hypnos... Alex did petty crime and odd-jobs, eventually working his way into the Shadowhaven. With his newfound wealth, Hypnos created his own advanced wheelchair modified from a large motorbike, adding legs and arms.. the bike stand slightly taller than a troll and carries Hypnos around where he spends his time traveling through its sensors or swimming through the matrix, dreaming of better days...

Alex Grey, or now know as Hypnos was sold to MCT as a child technomancer. They put him through extensive experimentation and testing resulting in loss of his mobility, hearing, an allergy to the sun, and him being wanted after his escape.
