Character Information

Summary

At just 18, Iris Rhiannon is a sharp, untested getaway driver clawing her way up from the rusted edges of Glow City Sprawl, armed with a beat-up Nissan Jackrabbit and a drone she can barely afford to lose. She’s not in it for glory, just enough creds to keep the engine running, the drone flying, and maybe score a hot meal that didn’t come from a ration printer. Crews don’t remember her name yet, but the ones who’ve ridden with her know: she’s fast, focused, and just dangerous enough to bet on.

Goals

Iris loves speed. She wants a faster car, faster and more drones, and gym-membership. Seems materialistc? Darn right, you grasped it!

Background

IRIS RHIANNON Formative Years
Born in the industrial outskirts of Glow City Sprawl, Iris grew up in a container yard surrounded by rust, noise, and desperation. Her mother worked maintenance for a drone recycling plant and disapeard during a union demo. Her father was a name she never learned.

She got her first taste of the underground running errands for a local fixer—delivering burner drives, scouting routes, and eventually driving short-haul jobs for low-tier crews. She wasn’t the best, but she was fast enough, quiet, and didn’t ask questions.

Now, at 18, she’s trying to break into the real game: high-risk getaways, drone-assisted ops, and crew jobs that pay more than just meal credits.

The Ride: Nothing Special
Her car is a rusted-out Nissan Jackrabbit, a 15 year old two-seater with mismatched panels and a hacked ignition. Standard cloaking and a bit of armor under the soft sheet metal, and a trunk big enough for a crew and a drone case. She keeps it running with scrap parts and favors.
She doesn’t love the car. She doesn’t name it. It’s a tool. Like everything else.

The Drone: Her Only Luxury
The one thing she splurged on: an MCT-Nissan Roto-drone equipped illegal but effective hardware. It cost her everything she had, but it’s her edge. While the crew breaches vaults or extracts targets, Iris sits in the car, eyes flicking while jumped-in to the drone, guiding it through alleys and airshafts, laying down suppressive fire or taking out strategic posts and equipment.
Her Principles: Keep it Simple and Stay Alive

  • She’ll drive anyone, anywhere—if the creds are good.
  • She’ll burn a drone to save a crew, but she won’t die for them.
  • She doesn’t ask what the job is. She just checks the route, the risk, and the exit strategy.

She’s not heartless. But she’s not a hero. She’s a professional.

Her Reputation: Still Earining it
She’s not famous. No one whispers her name. Most crews don’t even remember it after the job’s done. But a few have started to take notice—quietly. The girl with the junker car and the sharp reflexes. The one who doesn’t panic. The one who got them out when things went sideways..

She’s not a legend. She’s not even a pro.

But she’s on her way.
