Overview
A longtime friend and co-worker of Peerless, Wu Wendell-Tsiang - Old Wu, as he's often called - is a Double Flower, a small-time fixer and smuggling co-ordinator between the Ten Thousand Lions and the Yellow Lotus. Deeply entangled in the social network of Kwun Tong before his surprise relocation along with Peerless, he now uses those connections to ensure that Kong chips, opiates, and the occasional job find themselves with the right people in Seattle.
A middle-aged Cantonese man verging on old age, with salt-and-pepper hair and off-the-rack suits. Zhou walks with a cane after his final encounter (so far) with the Black Chrysanthemums. Otherwise quite vigorous, he still manages to do his tai chi chuan at twilight together with the Yellow Lotuses.
