Summary

Seikyo is specialized in infiltration and combat with close quarter weaponry. Her body was heavily augmented to fit this task and her extensive training made her a force that you only underestimate once.

Goals

Building up connections and gathering resources in the shadows, to eventually get revenge on the runners who killed her team. Also prove her worth so she may resurrect her rather stagnant career.

Background

Born to Saburou Fujimura a military officer in Renrakus Red Samurai and his (house)wife Narumi. She received her entire education within the company and proved physically capable of joining the military wing of Renraku. Wanting to follow in her fathers footsteps Asami tried to join the Red Samurai, but her Skillset was deemed to be more fitting for the Red Ninjas, who specialize in covert operations, so thats were she went. Joining this branch allowed her to even gain a commanding position for a small squad. It all went pretty well for a few years, until during a especially precarious mission infitrating another corp the Squad suffered heavy casualties when it stumbled upon a team of runners. Eventually only Asami was left alive and managed to complete the mission. Two of the runners that were disrupting the mission managed to get away with their lives, the only information that could be recovered from their dead mates was that they came from Seattle. After pulling some strings Asami managed to get assigned to a solo mission, the sole objective finding those runners and showing them that no one messes with Renrakus special forces and lives to tell the tale. With nothing but their faces however she will have to go undercover in Seattle and build up some contacts in the shadows, so she may eventually identify and eliminate them. To accomplish this task she was given extensive resources and fake IDs and a base of operations in the city. Of course the extra money and ..adventurous.. nature of the mission are a rather nice bonus.

Narrative Significant Qualities

She has a Corporate SIN from Renraku. The standing with the company is still pretty good and she is still an employee of it, her current mission and lifegoal just force her to work in the shadows for the time being. This also gave her access to restricted cyberware and extensive augmentations.
