Rucksack has a preference for utilitarian clothing with a style that might be best described as "Seattle-street-vintage-military-high-couture".  He favors waterproof great- or over- coats for the stereotypical Seattle climate, and has found vintage military style to often be durable and useful with plenty of pockets, linings, and hems that can be used to ferret away small items.  With a pair of highly accessorized and mirrored sunglasses, this gives him a high degree of shadowrunner-cool.

Character Information

Summary

Face / Wheelman Rigger - Former smuggler based in Cal Free. Anything you need moved, Rucksack can get it there -- legal or illegal, person or thing.

Goals

Narrative Significant Qualities

Dependent (Inconvenience) - Wife - elfvish Tir Tairngire ex-pat Charlotte "Charlie" Copenhagen (nee' Byrnes) -- independent and strong willed, with a rapier wit to match Rucksack's smart-ass. Knows Rucksack is a shadowrunner (he was, after all, the one who smuggled her out of the Tir), but perhaps is not aware of the extent of the danger in which he places himself. Rucksack downplays particularly dangerous runs for particularly dangerous people. Charlie is also not aware of the FN-HAR Rucksack posesses, as he correctly assumes that she'll reason that anyone with that much firepower for work is getting in too deeply to stuff that's far from reasonably safe. The Ares Alpha in the Jeep is fine though - that's just normal protection in the 6th World.

In Debt X - (I'm thinking some organization within the NAN - looking for suggestions!) - Rucksack has gone deeply into debt forging a higher standard of living for his family (as a smuggler, it was mostly sleeping on mattresses in safehouses) and trying to get his wife a UCAS SIN so she can find legitimate work and begin her life anew in Seattle.

Phobia (Uncommon, Moderate) - Ghouls - Rucksack has seen more than his share of paracritters in the NAN and Tir Tairngire, but he finds ghouls the most harrowing of anything he's seen. The thought that a simple disease can turn a man into a terrible monster is deeply disturbing for him.

Appearance

Rucksack is a medium height human with close cropped hair. Though he makes his way through life with a near-permanent smirk and a devilish twinkle in his eye that might normally belie the markings of an unabashed smartass, he's learned, for the most part, when wisecracks are wise and when they'll get your head cracked. Though objectively good looking, he's more rough around the edges than the shadows' common Face, with an unshaven chin, a rough and utilitarian wardrobe, and a mien that says more "downtown" than "uptown".
