Background

During the War for San Francisco, Tora lost both her mother and father in the fighting. Her sister Kana decided it best that Tora be sent to Seattle under the protection of other Yakuza. However, the trauma of seeing her mother and father killed caused her faith in the Yakuza to be dashed. Why stay with them if they weren't going to protect those she cared about. In defiance of her sister, she went to Seattle, but on a different rail and no way to contact her.

This proved to be a mistake on her part as she was soon reduced to living on the streets, avoiding gangs and stealing food where she could. After a year she was found by Roger Hendrix, owner of the Low Blow Martial Arts School. Under his roof she learned marksmanship skills, drifting towards bows as she disliked using guns. But most importantly she learned things the Yakuza hadn't taught her: Compassion, Empathy, Tolerance, and a sense of Justice for the downtrodden. Combined with an overactive imagination and a healthy supply of City Watch comic books, Tora has taken to the streets as a vigilante, stopping robberies and muggings for the most part.

Recently, her escapades in Seattle brought into contact with her long lost sister Kana, now a Yakuza enforcer for the Kenran-Kai clan. With this in mind Tora now has to decide: To be loyal to her sister and bring her clan to prosperity, or to believe in what Hendrix has taught her and make Seattle a safer place for all.

Mentor Spirit Dolphin (Tiger Flavor)- What started out as a small voice in the back of her head became a second conscious (and conscience) for Tora. If Tora is ever conflicted about an action Tiger adds some advice in its justice seeking rough way. She always nags Tora to take any action that protects the weak.

Fame: Local (Barrens): Having grown up in the area and recently taken up vigilantism, Tora is known for beating up thrill gangers and the occasional corrupt cop in the area.

Signature (Super Hero Tag)- Maybe its the fact that she's read too many comic books, but Tora can't help but leave a spray tag as a calling card. Her tag is of an arrow with a fierce tiger swirling around the shaft. Hell she even made a stencil for it!

Poor Self Control (Thrill Seeker)- She seeks to be a superhero and often tries stunts or get into situations that are at best foolhardy and at worst life threatening

Code of Honor (The Super Hero's Code)- She has a strict no kill policy and does her best to keep her teammates safe. She can't let someone be bullied or taken advantage of.
