Summary
A newly established Yakuza family answering to the Wanibuchi-gumi directly, to scout the lay of the land in Seattle and see if they can get a piece of the international pie other rengos have going.

Background
The Wanibuchi-gumi sought to expand into a new market, and granted the Yoshinaga Chikara leave to create a subsidiary clan in Seattle as a test of his abilities, giving him a single retainer with which to establish things. A challenge to be sure.
