Summary
Background
Warboss has identified a group of feral ghouls that needs a good krumping. He's called the runners in to handle the situation.
The Meet
We find Pacho hungover in the afternoon. He's shaken awake by the sound of his commlink ringing with a vengeance. Where his fixer calls him and informs him that he wants him to head over to a meet. Wrath gets a call from their fixer awoken by the Ringtone (Remix) feat Charlie XCX, Rico Nasty, Kero Kero Bonito. She's quickly informed that there's a new job for her and given a location to head towards. Handler gets a call from Ferris who tells her that there's a job for her in the ork underground. Handler throws together a couple of watcher's and a homunculi using the time before the meet.
Once the team arrives in the Ork Underground, they find themselves greeted by Warboss who gives an affirmative nod to Wrath and Pacho. Wrath and Pacho partake of the offered Hurlg before Warboss starts informing the team of their mission. Some people kicked the hive of feral infected and has gotten them into a frenzy. Handler takes point on negotiations, and manages to convince warboss to offer augmentations to the team in exchange for services as long as none of them become infected during the run.
From there, Warboss tells the team where the infected are emerging from, and tasks them to destroy whatever is stirring them up. Pacho asks Warboss about the people who have been agitating the group. Warboss tells them that they'll need to kill or incapacitate the people causing the problem.
The Plan
The team reconvenes at Wrath's house where Pacho gets started on shaping their charges, and Handler begins performing the rituals to summon a force of watchers to scout out the ork underground. Handler sends in her first pair of watchers and they find the location of a group of disorganized dual-natured creatures. One of the watchers is disrupted, and she sends in another wave of watchers to explore the area around there. The second team finds that there's a central hub that the dual-natured critters congregate in as well as individuals who have split off from the group. The solo people were notably more powerful than the groups. The team finalizes their prep while Handler summons a force 10 beast spirit to provide some muscle to the team. Finally ready, the team descend down into the depths to face their foes.
