Character Information
Summary
Dya hit Seattle about Three weeks ago, using her technical skills to hitch a ride for her and her crew on a freight convoy out of the NaN. They've been living between squats and safe houses ever since, utilizing their contacts in eco-activist and neo-anarchist circles. Whilst the groups ask for no money for the services Dya' and her crew help these groups with their work whilst they can, though they're understandably slow to trust new people turning up in the city of Seattle. Still, they try to put resources in the hands of these groups, paying their way through small scale cat burglaries and heists.
The trio have been on the move for a while now, probably around Three years, they decided on Seattle due to it's reputation.. as they say, 'if your sick of Seattle you're sick of life.'. But the others have starting to get antsy. Traveling is in their blood, hers too but she likes it here, sees the potential of the Terra-First and Black Star, even hearing a rumour that Aufhben was in town recruiting for the war against the azzies and is starting to think that if she put her head to it she could make a real go of it here and be something.
Goals
Struggling with this seemingly internal contradiction never lessened her resolve towards the cause, (though it at times lead to suspicion from others within the movements.) on the contrary it only made her views stronger, If she can harness what she has she believes that she could create more damage to these filthy cities and systems of control than any EF! Fertalizer bomb or BlackStar kill-team. Hearing of rumours of other radical technomancers in Seattle has only stiffended her resolve to stay here, though she's still anxious and unsure if she will follow her friends if they decide to leave but hopeful that they to can find purpose here... After all, they all know being SINless and a traveller your life expectancy isn't high enough to ever want to conciously think about.
Background
Dya never realised she was a Technomancer from a young age, orphaned on the streets from as long as she could remember she made quick friends with Frankie, a rat shaman a couple of years older than her and simply assumed that her abilities were some kind of magic that the people in suits and universities could understand and harness, it wasn't until much later when staying with some Earth First!ers that she was sat down and explained what she really was. Naturally this lead to more questions than answers, she was never one to support the techno-digital-industrial system only to be told that her brain has an inherent affinity with it.

Appearance
'Dya is a sixteen-year old androgynous human with hazel brown eyes and of average height, though often mistaken for being shorter due to her gait and subdued way of holding herself. Her hair is often cropped short and dyed raven black, though if asked she'll swear blind the color is natural.
Clothing
Despite her body-language her appearance is outgoing often to the point of foolish, often wearing black tight skinned jeans covered in rips and patches, most of them referencing her political beliefes or underground bands, loosely laced combat boots up to her shins and a heavy leather jacket dyed olive green and sporting a giant neon patch on it's back reading 'ALL GODs ARE BASTARDS'.
