Celicy Vist is the daughter of the old leader, who now leads the empty cult with an iron fist.
Background
A cult that was prominent from 2050 to 2062. Originally it was a collection of people who gathered around for pagan like ceremonies, but when families flocked to the cult's underground hideout, they realized what they had on their hands: a chance at power and money. Using the members as tools, they started making money through underhanded tactics, and this caught the ire of a one Kelia Kotomine. She took over the cult to protect her children and family, but this was shortlived, with Saedar Krupp entering the scene to demolish what little they all had.
Fast Forward to 2084, there are dregs of society clinging to the leftover and forgotten ides that were espoused during the cult's heyday, and folks are trying to reform it where they can. Enter Celicy Vist, a survivor of the cult, who has taken it upon herself to burn out the cult entirely. She's taken control of its headquarters, and now aims to stomp out any little nascent flame that begs for the warmth of the cult's embrace.
