Description
An underground warehouse and safe haven for infected in Puyallup. The underground community is patrolled and watched by S3I. They were targetted for attack by the Compulsory Execution Unit in 2084, and successfully defended against. Harboring 100 members of differnt types of infected, this community is closed to outsides unless vetted or brought in for work by S3I or the leadership team. Loum is also connected to two minor locations, their NE and SW minor satellite communities, one near the border of aurburn, and another near the tri state area of fort lewis, Puyallup, and the SSC.
