Background

Born in California Free State, raised in a Seattle barren. Was caught in the riptide of the war between the Seoulpa Rings and the Shotozumi-rengo, incidentally siding with the now defunct Red and Yellow Ring. Survivors put in a good word to the surviving Choson Ring. Icebreaker has been doing odd jobs for them since, trying to get a seat and a hand in their matrix operations. Picked up their "nova" rig, a used Ford Percheron installed with a Personality that can't be removed, courtesy of the previous owner. A lukewarm surprise, Icebreaker embraces the Cowboy drawl "Perch" has, deciding to keep him around rather than junk him.
