Summary
The crew of Shadowrunners was hired to rescue some Renraku corpo hostages from their hijacked yacht. They were told to keep the boat intact and, optionally the hostages alive... because the main reason behind the rescue was to keep vital intel and a secret meeting with the Yakuza under wraps.
Background
Just your average Thursday night. A yacht full of suits taken over by a group of eco-terrorists looking to make a powerful statement to the corp. Only problem, shadowrunners exist...
The Meet
The crew met with the Johnson, who introduced himself as Bosun. He told them that his client wanted what the execs know to stay safe. If that meant saving the VIPs, then that's the biz. A focal point of the meet was to reinforce the demand to keep the boat as intact as possible. He told them that TerraFirst was demanding Renraku stop production of a chemical that was poisoning the land and they revealed they had a bomb. Their response was to send Shadowrunners, deniable assets, to clean their mess.
The Plan
NSH's boat was perfect for the job. It was large, but with the right spells, it was undetectable. They would sneak into the boat and take out as many as they could before being spotted, then kill the rest. Wrait and Signifer would be on the ground, NSH would remain on her boat.
