Background

After getting her first job her boss, Takahiro Nakahara(who is basically just a megalomaniac super villain) learned of her extraordinary agility and reflexes and blackmailed her into becoming his personal hitman. After a few years an decker working as an info broker managed to figure out she was behind a long string of assassinations and agreed to help her out. They fell in love and got married after getting Misaki out from Nakahara. Their happiness didn't last too long as Nakahara was pissed about losing one of his favorite tools and sent a kill squad after them killing Misaki's husband and forcing her to flee the country.
